FAQ

Performance Health, Pricing & Concierge Care

Concierge means personalized, premium, and client-centered care with flexible scheduling, deep collaboration, and bespoke planning, rather than standardized insurance-based sessions. This model ensures attention to detail, continuity, and depth with every client.

Insurance imposes diagnostic, time, and billing constraints that can interfere with performance-focused care. Concierge services avoid these restrictions so the focus stays on performance health outcomes rather than insurance requirements. Many clients obtain out-of-network reimbursement by submitting session receipts to their provider.

Clients can request an itemized superbill and submit it to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Coverage depends on individual plans and whether mental performance or clinical services meet benefit criteria.

If challenges are affecting your emotional regulation, mood, functioning, or wellbeing, clinical services are recommended. If you’re psychologically healthy and want to refine performance skills, resilience, and execution, mental performance services are the right fit. The initial consultation will help us determine which track is most suitable for you.

Results vary by individual and goals. Many athletes and performers begin to apply tools immediately, with measurable progress often visible within 3–6 sessions when paired with ongoing training or performance cycles. Mental health and performance training follow the same principles as physical training. I can teach the techniques, refine the skills, and guide the process—but progress depends on consistent practice. Clients who are willing to do the work are the ones who see meaningful and lasting results.
